Blocking accounts

Blocking is the strongest tool InteractInk gives you for cutting off contact with another account. Once blocked, that account can't see your posts, follow you, or message you at all.

• Go to the account's profile, tap the ··· menu, and select Block.
• Confirm the block.

After blocking someone, they can't view your profile or any of your posts while logged into their account, can't follow you, and can't send you a direct message — and on your side, their posts and replies disappear from your feeds and notifications too, so the separation goes both ways. Blocking is silent: the other account isn't sent any notification that they've been blocked, though they may eventually notice they can no longer see your content. You can reverse a block at any time from that same ··· menu by selecting Unblock, which restores things to how they were before.
