Because there is no account framework, we maintain zero historical user logs capable of correlating your real-world identity with specific text transmissions on the public timeline.

To deliver real-time data sync across our database systems, your network client sends text packages and node reference markers. The architectural handling of this data is executed under strict privacy constraints:

• Text Configurations: Content published to a thread node is broadcast publicly. It is indexed via random 8-character matrix node strings rather than static accounts.
• Cryptographic Tripcodes: Author verification is managed using locally held private seeds. Your browser generates a hashed tripcode signature on the client side before submission. The underlying private seed is never transmitted across our network layer.
• Server Infrastructure: Network traffic logs containing transient internet protocol (IP) metrics are exclusively used for mitigating malicious distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) requests or automated script attacks, and are regularly purged.

3. Local Device Storage and Cookies

InteractInk utilizes browser-level storage technologies (such as localStorage or session state keys) to track your local network view preferences, thread tracking history, and localized cryptographic parameters. These arrays are kept completely isolated on your hardware device and are not harvested by our infrastructure endpoints.

4. Third-Party Integrations and Data Disclosures

We deploy privacy-conscious advertising networks and analytical telemetry arrays to maintain the economic sustainability of our hosting layers. These external providers may place cookies or employ trackers to aggregate broad, non-PII demographic traffic trends and serve contextual advertisements based on your generalized geographic region.

We do not sell, trade, or rent user communication trends to data brokers. We will only disclose server connection logs when explicitly compelled by a binding court order, subpoena, or definitive legal process under applicable governing laws.

5. Data Rights and Regulatory Disclaimers

Because the Service does not collect usernames, emails, or static identifier profiles, we possess no technical indexical framework to verify, locate, retrieve, or selectively expunge individual text fragments on behalf of a remote user requesting data deletion under GDPR, CCPA, or related frameworks. Users are advised that statements committed to the public text matrix are permanently decentralized and cannot be retroactively mapped to a personal request identity.
