Resetting a forgotten password

• On the login page, select Forgot password?
• Enter the email address tied to your account.
• Check your inbox for a password reset link and open it.
• Choose a new password and confirm it to finish.

If the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder first, and make sure you're entering the exact email address your account was originally created with — a typo there is the single most common reason the email seems to never show up. Once you've successfully reset your password, InteractInk logs you out of any other active sessions on other devices as a security precaution, so you'll need to log back in with your new password anywhere else you were signed in, including any mobile browsers or secondary devices.
