Managing notification preferences
You don't have to be notified about everything InteractInk thinks might interest you. From Settings → Notifications, you can turn specific notification types on or off individually — for example, muting notifications for likes and reposts while keeping replies and mentions switched on, so you still catch anyone talking directly to you.
These preferences apply across the notifications feed you see in-app, and they take effect immediately once saved. If notifications feel too noisy overall, a good starting point is trimming the lower-priority categories first — likes, new followers, and reposts tend to generate the most volume with the least urgency — while leaving mentions and replies on, since those usually represent an actual conversation waiting for your response. You can always come back and adjust these again later as your preferences change; nothing here is permanent.
