Creating and managing a Community

Article 15 of 22 in Using InteractInk

Anyone on InteractInk can start a Community built around a topic they genuinely care about, whether that's a hobby, a fandom, or a shared interest that doesn't quite fit into the main feed.

  • Go to the Communities tab and select Create Community.
  • Give it a name, a description, and optionally an avatar and banner image to make it recognizable.
  • Choose whether it's open for anyone to join immediately, or requires your approval first.

As the creator, you're automatically made a moderator, which lets you pin rules at the top of the Community, remove posts that break them, and approve or remove members as needed. As your Community grows, you can add other trusted members as moderators too from the Community's settings, spreading out the workload so you're not the only one keeping an eye on things day to day.
