Hateful conduct policy

Attacking people on the basis of protected characteristics — race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or similar categories — isn't allowed anywhere on InteractInk. This covers slurs, dehumanizing language, and content that promotes hatred or violence toward an entire group of people rather than an individual.

Context genuinely matters here: discussing these topics academically, sharing relevant news, or engaging in a genuine debate about difficult subjects isn't treated the same as targeting real people with hateful language directed at them personally, and moderators weigh both the intent and the surrounding context of a report carefully before taking any action. That said, repeated violations, or a single sufficiently severe one, still lead to account suspension regardless of how the person involved frames their own intentions afterward.
