If you've looked through the Help Center and still need a hand with something specific to your account, the Contact page is the best and most direct way to reach InteractInk.

When you write in, include as much detail as you reasonably can: your username, exactly what you were trying to do, and what happened instead of what you expected — screenshots help enormously here, since they often show something you might not think to describe in words. Since InteractInk is run by a single developer rather than a large support team with shift coverage around the clock, responses can take a bit longer to arrive than you might expect from a big company, but every message that comes in genuinely does get read personally, and more detail up front usually means a faster, more useful reply once someone gets to it.
